Description: A homeless boy, Toy Maker possesses genius level intellect. He was discovered by Wire during one of his daily patrols during the winter of 2013. While Toy Maker was a little rough around the edges at first, he eventually made it his mission not only to protect Shield City's homeless community, but all of the people within the city as well. With that, he serves as a key member of team High Voltage.
